Sending a mobile top-up to a loved one may sound like a strange thing to do for some people, especially for those who are on postpaid contracts with their own phone provider.

Once you have a Ding account created you can top-up someone else’s phone in three easy steps, either on our website or on the Ding app:
Select the country from the dropdown then enter their number (the international dialing code will be preselected so you just need to enter their local number).
In most instances this will be automatically detected, but for some smaller network carriers you may need to pick from the list provided.
This could be an amount of credit which will be added to their balance, or a plan which includes a combination of minutes, SMS and data. Once selected, you will be prompted to login if not already.
Just confirm your payment details on the summary page and the top-up is received instantly. (Note: For some networks a PIN code is received which needs to be redeemed for their balance to be added).
