How Does Ding Work?

Topping up a mobile phone or sending an eGift internationally is quick and simple.

Sending a mobile top-up

1. Download the Ding app or tap here to create an account.

   

   

2. Once you are logged in, enter the person’s number you want to top-up. This could be a friend, relative, partner, or even your own number.

3. Select their network and the amount of top-up to send. If you’d like you can schedule it be an auto top-up which will make it a recurring amount sent.

   

   

4. When the purchase is made, we run some checks and then send the order to the mobile operator, and the person’s prepaid balance is topped up by the amount you selected. This step on average takes less than 3 seconds, meaning top-ups sent by our customers are received almost instantly

Sending an eGift

1. Download the Ding app or tap here to create an account.

2. Go to the eGift section and enter the country you want to send your digital gift card to.

3. Choose the eGift you want to send from those available in the country you picked. This is the only country that the eGift can be redeemed in.

4. Next, you’ll need to pick the value you want to send and continue to the order summary page where you enter the details of who you want to send the eGift to before checking out securely.

5. Finally, you’ll be able to pay for the eGift you’ve picked. Select your payment method and click Pay.

6. That's it! Your gift card will be created, and you'll find the code and the instructions in the confirmation screen.
