Our CEO Mark founded Ding in 2006, with the company being born out of the need to help a young man in Dubai stay in touch with his family back home.

Since then, we’ve grown to become the world's leading top-up service. We’ve sent over 400 million top-ups in over 150 countries, and we now support over 500 of the world’s top mobile operators.

Our customers, their needs and ultimately their happiness, really matter to us. That's why we've decided to change our look and feel, because we know...

We know there are millions of people using our technology to send little smiles all around the world. A simple phone call or message to say "Hi, I'm thinking of you". It's these things that really matter, and the little things that go a long way.

We've spruced up our logo

The next time you visit our app or our website, you’ll notice things look a little different. Our logo is a confident stamp of who we are, and solid just like our service.

And given our icon a new look

When you’re looking for your Ding app on your phone, look out for our pink asterisk. An asterisk is used to connect two pieces of information, and we use it to remind us that we’re connecting all our customers to their loved ones.

But we're still the same Ding on the inside

Whether you’re sending top-up or buying gift cards, you’ll still be able to rely on us. Our customer support team are still available 24 hours a day, so we're never too far away if you need.
