How do I cancel an auto top-up?

Once logged into your account, visit ding.com/auto to cancel future auto top-ups.

Please note: Auto top-up is currently only available for ding.com web users using Mastercard and Visa payments only. Auto top-up isn't available for Cubacel numbers, PIN operators and data plans. We plan to have auto top-up available to these users soon. Watch this space!
