How does it work?

We've made auto top-up super simple. Enter your usual top-up details when you need to top-up. Once entered, on the summary page select "choose a frequency" to get started. Your auto top-up is setup when you complete your top-up purchase. Simple!

Does it cost extra?

Nope! There’s no extra cost, and you can cancel any time 🙌

How do I cancel an auto top-up?

Visit ding.com/auto to cancel future auto top-ups.

Please note: Automatic top-up is currently only available for Ding users using Mastercard and Visa payments only. Automatic top-up is only available with certain operators and when sending top-up within the same country i.e. from UK to UK We plan to have auto top-up available to all our users very soon.
