Our mobile top-up fund is part of our on-going response to the conflict in Ukraine. You can now send a donation directly into our top-up fund, which will be used to send mobile credit & data to those impacted by events in Ukraine.

According to the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR), around 660,000 have now fled Ukraine to neighbouring countries since the crisis began.

In response to the on-going unrest in Ukraine, we've set up a mobile top-up fund in order to top-up the phones of those on the ground, who need it most.

Looking for a way to help those in need in Ukraine?

You can now use Ding to donate to those most impacted by the situation in Ukraine. Many have been left without phone credit or a means to stay in touch with their loved ones.

Partnering with NGOs and approved charities, we are working with them to distribute phone credit. Your donation will go directly to those in need so they can keep in touch.

How does our Ding top-up fund work?

You can donate from as little as $5. But a donation of $10 USD of phone credit will allow one person to keep their phone connected for two weeks. The phone credit is going to those needing top-up in Ukraine, across the Vodafone, Kyivstar, Lifecell and InterTelecom networks.

How can I donate?

It is very easy to donate to our top-up fund.

Step 1. Go to ding.com/donate

Step 2. Select your donation amount.

Step 3. Choose your payment method. Once purchased, the donation is sent!

We will be sharing updates on how your donation is helping those in need across our social media accounts.

Partnering with a range of NGOs and people on the ground, we're working to ensure phone credit is sent directly to those who need to stay connected.
